We are seeking a technically savvy, visionary leader that can partner with the SVP of Field Engineering (also a co-founder) and the broader leadership team of a 3,000‑person global organization within Databricks. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly growing technology company by defining and executing strategies that drive scale, productivity, and technical excellence.
