About the role

As Leader Large Customer Connection Projects, you will lead the delivery of a portfolio of complex customer connection and network projects that are critical to Tasmania’s energy future. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and commercially, while meeting customer commitments, regulatory requirements and TasNetworks' strategic objectives.

Leading a team of project managers, you will provide direction, governance and oversight across all project delivery activities, including design, construction and commissioning. You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, drive continuous improvement in project delivery practices, and develop team capability to ensure the successful delivery of current and future customer connection projects.
