Overall purpose, duties and responsibilities of the role

The Leader Development Senior Specialist designs and delivers leadership development initiatives that strengthen the capability, performance, and sustainability of agency leaders across all levels. This role focuses on building leaders who can recruit, develop, and drive results in a high-performance, sales-driven environment while upholding the company’s values and commitment to serving Filipino families.

1. Training Design and Delivery

• Develop and facilitate leadership programs focused on people management, coaching for performance, field leadership, and culture-building.
