**SUMMARY**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Follow up with the team for quick and proper resolution on disputes. Ensure to follow up with the proper resolutions for customers after the dispute was closed to avoid same circumstance again.
- Monitoring written-offs, unreconciled and adjustments to ensure are being made correctly. Keep record of them.
- Perform any ECA Task
- Work the disputes shared mailbox.
**- **DO KPI and team reporting on weekly/daily basis
**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Level of formal education**: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
- **Area of study**:Accounting, Administration, Finance
- **Years of experience**:3-5 Years
- **Type of experience**:
- Cash Applications. Customer Service.
- Account Manager
- Intermediate Excel
- Logical thinking.
- Bilingual
