The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Water Damage Technician to manage on-site restoration projects. You’ll lead a team, assess water damage, operate drying equipment, and ensure jobs follow IICRC standards. This is a hands‑on role that requires physical work, leadership skills, and excellent customer communication.
What You’ll Do
- Lead water damage restoration crews
- Perform structural drying assessments (IICRC standards)
- Operate and maintain drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)
- Demolish wet matierials (drywall, flooring, cabinet, etc)
- Communicate with property owners and insurance reps
