About the role

We are seeking a Lead of the Vector Products team responsible for integration, test and evaluation with experience for our Combat Management System 330 (CMS 330) product who will lead the integration and test efforts for the Portugal project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in integration, test and evaluation for the naval sector, with a proven track record. Key responsibilities

Develop, implement and maintain the overall CMS 330 product acceptance strategy and plan for the program, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder requirements. Lead a multidisciplinary team of integration and test engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
