Lead Trading Application Support Engineer (Rates & FX )

Overview

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Trading Application Support Engineer (Rates & FX) to join the team in Singapore. This is a VP to ED-level, individual contributor position.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end, high availability support for critical Rates and FX trading platforms, including Electronic Trading, Algo Executions, Pricing, Booking, Risk Applications.
• Lead major, high-severity incident triage on trading floor with urgency and precision.
• Drive root‑cause analysis and ensure continuous improvement of application features and stability.
• Function as trusted technology partner to senior business leaders and build a trusted relationship.
• Deliver real-time technical and functional support directly to front‑office users in a fast‑paced trading environment.
