Lead Telecommunications Design Engineer (Relocation to Philippines required)

We are seeking a Lead Telecommunications Design Engineer to oversee and manage a Philippines-based design team supporting telecom infrastructure projects. This role combines hands‑on design expertise with team leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery of GIS-enabled and AutoCAD-based telecom network designs. The ideal candidate will drive productivity, maintain standards, and serve as the key liaison between local teams and global stakeholders. This person will be working out of our Philippines office location and will require coordination across US and Philippine time zones to work with our US based engineering teams.
