Technical leadership
⁠Coordination of technical integrations with customers
Meeting and understanding customer demands
Scoping of new deployments would depend on the customer.
Functional specification of new projects
Preliminary technical assessment of the feasibility of new features
Opening and follow-up of incidents
Handle security procedures for customers' cybersecurity and compliance areas.
Service monitoring follow-up
Control and maintenance of integrations
⁠Service performance monitoring
⁠Planning or coordinating the implementation schedule
Idealize and Specify new solutions.
Resident of Mexico City (HOME OFFICE)
