LEAD TECHNICIAN
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Lead, train, and evaluate technicians, ensuring they meet performance standards and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and repair fountains, venders, coolers, and other beverage dispensing equipment to the customers’ satisfaction, properly manage tools and parts, and maintain records and reports, safely and efficiently per Company standards
- Develop a monthly maintenance schedule
- Keep maintenance logs for every visit
- Look for opportunities for new business
- Operate handheld devices to maintain accurate delivery, removal, movement records, and parts inventory accountability
