Lead Technician, Continuous Improvement (Kaizen)

TE Connectivity Corporation in Tanauan, Philippines is looking for a Technician Team Leader to manage Moonshine facilities and ensure on-time support for kaizen implementation and other operational requirements. You will oversee safety, quality, and efficiency in production, training operators, and reporting metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in fabrication and welding. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to implement continuous improvement strategies.
