The successful candidate will lead the Talent Attraction & Integration team to deliver an exceptional candidate and new-hire experience throughout the hire-to-integrate journey, while reinforcing the organisation’s employer brand and workforce readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish an efficient, high-volume talent acquisition and onboarding service, while ensuring processes are compliant, digitally enabled and aligned with corporate standards.
- Manage workforce growth plans, talent attraction initiatives and sourcing strategies in partnership with Corporate HR and Business Units to address staffing gaps.
- Provide advisory on hiring priorities, market insights, and candidate experience improvements.
