- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and support of the cloud platform, ensuring reliability and high performance.
- Provide advanced (third‑level) technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of IT infrastructure issues.
- Design, develop, and continuously improve IT infrastructure solutions, focusing on resilience and capacity.
