Key Responsibilities
• Own 24* 7 database support; handling Incidents, Requests, Problems & Changes.
• Handle on-call database support during week-ends & out of business hours.
• Own & deliver various client & infra projects.
• Plan & deliver various projects around database patching, upgrades & migrations.
• Management of various tools/scripts being used for databases.
• Managing Primary DBA roles for multiple applications.
• Contribution towards automation of recurrent tasks.
• Ticket reduction through problem management.
• Manage disaster recovery tests & exercises.
