The Office of Revenue Management & Development (ORMD) maximizes federal and state funding of HRA costs through the activities of developing revenue-enhancing initiatives and carrying out revenue-generating projects, savings millions of City tax levy dollars. The Division of Applications, Testing and Management is comprised of three Divisions in the ongoing development and enhancement of complex systems and applications, integrated across a multiplatform environment to provide users with uniform, accurate, and sound data. The Division ensures the analysis and development of user-friendly, well documented integrated systems, which include contingency planning and troubleshooting functions to maintain critical applications uninterrupted.
