Lead Subsea Project Engineer – SURF & Construction

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex subsea projects—from planning and procedures to offshore execution—ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality results.
• Own technical packages and act as key interface with clients, bringing innovation and precision to every challenge.
• Drive compliance and continuous improvement by aligning with DOF’s high standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
• Make an impact by mentoring junior engineers, enhancing HSE practices, and contributing to smarter, safer project execution.
• Be part of an integrated offshore services company combining vessel-, ROV- and AUV- ownership with project management.
