Lead Station Chef — Fine-Dining Prep & Menu Creation

Accor in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled cook to supervise mise en place across all F&B outlets and assist in menu development. You will ensure freshness, correct storage, portioning and presentation while coordinating with the Sous-Chef and other departments for seamless service.
