We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Mercer. This role will be based in Noida. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office
Lead Specialist/Manager - Customer Service
The person in this role will advise on Mercer products and services, prepare calculations and pricing, and draft membership agreements and addenda. They will handle day-to-day internal client queries, provide sales support to consultants, and coordinate with internal teams - for example Product Owners, Legal, and market consultants - to ensure accurate, timely delivery of client solutions across multiple markets.
