We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Solution Consultant to lead our client onboarding team, specializing in solutioning SaaS product implementations with a strong focus on HRIS or related functions. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough pre‑workshop analysis to understand customer needs and concerns; prepare documentation and analysis reports to ensure effective workshop outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops to gather comprehensive requirements from clients and collaborate with internal teams to establish baseline requirements for the implementation.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and concerns, provide innovative solutions, propose and implement workarounds, and secure sign‑off on the implementation workbook.
