Lead Software Engineer, Trader Experience & Fintech

NEXT Ventures in Singapore is looking for a skilled full-stack engineer to lead the Trader Experience Squad, responsible for optimizing the trader journey across our applications. With a strong focus on performance and user experience, you will drive improvements in trading functionalities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience, particularly in PHP, Node.js, and Next.js. This role includes hands-on engineering, architecture design, and use of AI-native engineering practices to support a high-traffic platform.
