Lead Software Engineer (EBS/Oracle Fusion Cloud)

We are looking for a candidate to be part of the EBS/Oracle Fusion Cloud support team (for ERP/Procurement modules), responsible for BAU support as well as project support. You will be one of the key contact point for the EBS/Oracle Fusion Cloud technical support team (for ERP/Procurement modules) in providing the BAU support as well as project support.

Responsibilities

• BAU (Business As Usual) and project support for EBS/Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP and Procurement Modules)
• Managed and assess impact of the issues and enhancement requirements coming from the users or source systems IT teams
• Involvements in the SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support
• Involvements in the technical discussion/solutioning with the users or source system IT support teams
• Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM)
