Lead Software Engineer - Distributed Systems & AI

Tech Economy in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Lead Software Engineer to design, develop and deploy scalable software solutions across industries. You will mentor junior engineers and take ownership of end-to-end delivery from architecture to production.

You will collaborate with global teams, work with distributed systems and modern frameworks, and stay current with cloud and data technologies. Travel regionally and spend at least three days per week onsite.
