In this player-coach role, you will code and lead a team of engineers.As a Team Lead in software engineering at Clutch, you will guide a skilled group of 3-5 engineers. You'll leverage your expertise in programming languages like TypeScript and frameworks such as ReactJS, while also focusing on team growth and project delivery. Leadership activities include mentoring engineers, overseeing daily operations, and collaborating with product teams on strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
