Lead Software Architect – AI Security, Python/AWS

3Pillar in Mexico City is seeking a Software Architect to design a multi-tenant AI security platform and guide a small engineering team.

You will own deterministic/AI boundary, multi-tenant data isolation, and security posture, while driving ADRs and critical architectural decisions. This role blends hands‑on design with leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration to deliver scalable SaaS solutions.
