**Job Summary**
This position is accountable for leading change management initiatives within digital transformation programs delivered as contracted services.
It plays a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of new technologies and processes across multiple regions and customer operations.
**Responsibilities**
Transformation Support
- Lead change management efforts for the implementation of digital platforms (e.g. SaaS platforms mobile solutions infrastructure upgrades).
- Conduct stakeholder readiness assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Change Adoption Strategy
- Identify and engage key stakeholders to drive alignment and ownership.
- Design and execute comprehensive communication plans to support change initiatives.
