GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :
Must have- Production Support / SRE (L2 Operations)
- 12+ years Strong experience in incident management, platform stability, and distributed systems support
- Linux & Scripting Expertise
- Hands-on with Linux commands + shell/Python/scripting
- Monitoring & Observability Tools
- Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, alerting, dashboards
- Java & Application Troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of Java (1.8+) and end-to-end issue debugging
- Strong expertise in SQL and database troubleshooting (query optimization, performance tuning, and data analysis for incident resolution)
- Programming Languages
- Exposure to C, C++, Go, Perl, Ruby
- Strong experience in incident management and distributed systems support, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills & automation of operational tasks
