Lead Site Reliability Engineer (Xico)

Position Summary
Lead Site Reliability Engineer (Lead SRE) reporting to the Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineer.
This full‐time role is based in Mexico City and supports the Royal Caribbean website by using application and user performance data to inform incident response, bug analysis, infrastructure optimization, and operational initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
At a high level, responsibilities for this role include:
Product Health
Lead a large team of Level1 and Level2 support resources; manage incident, application performance, configuration, and operational readiness for the products under your ownership.
Incident Management
Prepare and direct the team to react swiftly to production incidents, restore services as quickly as possible, and minimize business impact.
Oversee ticket analysis, closure, and post‐mortem reviews.
Communicate incident details to stakeholders, including executive level.
