About the Role
At SimCorp we rely on our cloud platform-as-a-service and team of IT operators to deliver Client Reporting Reporting-as-a-Service to our clients. We are seeking an experienced cloud systems administrator to maintain essential platform operations for our global client base. In this position, the selected candidate will manage platform availability and maintenance, handle incidents and service requests, and provide Level3 support to ensure success.
Responsibilities
- Manage support cases within the framework of an incident management process.
- Manage client‑reported cases and provide Level3 support to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with the Client Reporting Platform.
- Complete regular maintenance and upgrade work such as Windows Server patching, infrastructure and application upgrades, license management, service and system restart, and virtual server and SQL Server backup and restores.
