We are looking for an experienced Lead Architect to join our architectural team working on real estate development projects including:
Project Types
- Renovation and adaptation of existing buildings
- Commercial spaces (sports, entertainment, services)
- Care facilities such as nursing homes
- Residential projects (single and multi-family)
Role Responsibilities
- Leading and organizing the work of architects
- Managing BIM models in ArchiCAD
- Coordinating architectural documentation
- Managing project workflows through ClickUp
- Supporting architectural concepts and design development
- Coordinating with engineering disciplines
Requirements
- Strong experience with ArchiCAD / BIM
- Solid understanding of the architectural design process
