Responsibilities
- Support the development and operation of a high-performing reporting team in Manila, contributing to a collaborative and efficient team environment.
- Support local hiring and onboarding of new team members, ensuring effective integration and knowledge transfer.
- Work closely with the direct manager to facilitate targeted 1:1’s with partners, focusing on performance oversight and behavioural feedback.
- Organise and facilitate monthly team meetings covering key updates, issues, risks, and leadership communications, ensuring actions are tracked and followed through.
- Initiate and support regular review and maintenance of Service Documents (SDs), coordinating with indirect teams and their managers to ensure alignment on scope, roles, and delivery expectations.
