What is the Opportunity?As a Lead Scrum Master in the Home Equity Finance (HEF) IT team in Personal Credit Technology, you will lead a large, multi-year re-platforming program in support of the HEF business. You will facilitate complex, high-impact initiatives by leveraging advanced knowledge of Agile and Scrum delivery principles. You will manage cross-functional dependencies, drive teams to deliver business outcomes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to balance Agile flexibility with strong project governance and a multi-year delivery roadmap in a fast-paced, large-enterprise environment.What Will You Do?
