Lead Salesforce Platform Administrator

General Summary:

The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for leading the ongoing development of our Salesforce

deployment. This role works in partnership with functional leaders, cross-functional teams, and SMEs to identify,

develop, and deploy new business processes. This role executes on day-to-day configuration, support,

maintenance, and improvement of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.

Mandatory Skills: Experience with Sales cloud, Service Cloud and experience cloud. Also the number of salesforce users handling in their current organization should be more than 1500+ and experience with deployment tool like Copado or gearset and Github is a must for this role
