**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Configure, customize, and optimize Salesforce using standard declarative / programmatic capabilities including flows, validation rules, reporting, user/role/permission set administration, marketplace apps and much more
- Write new and troubleshoot existing APEX classes/triggers
- Manage and improve upon our experience/partner cloud sites using LWCs and Aura components
- Work closely with other business units to help troubleshoot and build integrations with internal product APIs and databases
- Troubleshoot user reported issues across Sales/Service/Experience cloud
- Work with ETL tools such as Segment and Census to build and make updates to our data flows
