A dedicated team has been established within the Safety, Recovery & Inclusion department to design and deliver strategies and systems that enhance workforce safety across AV. The Lead Safety Programs role is responsible for driving the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of occupational violence (OV) programs and the associated learning framework, with a strong focus on risk prevention and management through targeted training, program development, and initiatives aligned with AV's Health & Safety Strategy and ISO 45001 standards.
