About the Role:
As a Lead RPA Consultant at TQA, you will be instrumental in empowering our diverse client
base through proactive support, management of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
Leveraging your deep RPA knowledge and relationship building skills, you will guide clients
through their automation journey, this includes helping clients see value in their current and
upcoming automations, providing break fix support for processes, identifying areas for
improvement within current automations, solutioning enhancements for current automations,
overseeing successful deployments and ensuring ongoing optimization with new technologies.
Your ability to forge strong client relationships and understand their unique business challenges
will be critical to delivering exceptional value and fostering long-term partnerships.
