The Bilingual Manager, RFPs & Strategic Contracting role leads RFP strategy, proposal development, and contract negotiations across Canada, supporting high‑value commercial opportunities and strategic growth initiatives. The position is responsible for managing complex RFPs, developing competitive proposals, shaping contract strategy, and overseeing negotiations to ensure alignment with organizational goals, financial targets, and risk management requirements.

Operating at a senior level, the role partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team and cross‑functional stakeholders including Sales, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Government Affairs.
