Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the site supervision team to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and HDB requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor quality, safety, progress, and workmanship.
- Attend site meetings with HDB, consultants, contractors, Town Council, and other stakeholders.
- Carry out joint inspections and site walks with the Project Director (PD), consultants, and HDB officers.
- Monitor project progress and highlight delays, defects, and non-compliance issues for timely resolution.
- Review and maintain site records, reports, inspection checklists, and project documentation.
- Coordinate and supervise handover inspections and completion of outstanding works.
- Provide guidance and supervision to RTOs and ensure consistent site standards.
- Attend to residents' feedback, complaints, and site-related issues when required.
