Responsibilities
- Min. 8 years working experience in piling foundation supervision during piling stage of the project; supervision in HDB BTO projects.
- Carry out site supervision and inspection of the works to ensure the works are constructed to required quality and accuracy.
- Supervision and inspection for bore piling, ERSS, earth retaining wall, and precast work with approved drawings, specifications, rules and regulations.
- Monitor structural material testing and review Method Statements, tests and drawings.
- Work closely with consultants, clients and authorities; attend progress and technical meetings.
- Respond to RFA/RFI and maintain updated drawings/RFAs/RFIs; keep all site records.
