Lead Quality Engineer for AI Solutions

This role emphasizes automation, collaboration, and quality in delivering AI solutions. You’ll be responsible for creating robust testing strategies, designing automation frameworks, and ensuring performance integrity through measurable KPIs. Located in one of Dialpad’s Canadian offices, this role reports to the QA Engineering Manager in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build comprehensive automation frameworks
• Develop and maintain evaluation processes for AI responses
• Drive automation for critical workflows, achieving 80%+ coverage
• Partner with applied AI teams for model evaluation
• Participate in performance testing and system design reviews
