Lead Quality Engineer — Client Audits & Kaizen

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a quality-focused professional to lead the quality performance of diverse projects. The role entails data collection, root cause analysis, and coordinating with the CIT to meet client requirements and standards.

You will maintain inspection visual aids, drive QCP and FMEA updates, and manage weekly quality meetings while coordinating auditors across three shifts and leading Kaizen-type improvements on the production line.
