Minimum Experience

• 4‑5 years of experience in software testing with a mix of manual and automated testing
• 1‑2 years of experience in a lead or mentoring role within a QA team

Technical Skills

• Test Automation: Proficient in test automation with experience in tools like Selenium, Appium or similar, and ability to build and maintain automation frameworks
• API and Performance Testing: Skilled in API testing using Postman or REST Assured; experience with performance testing tools is a plus
• CI/CD and DevOps: Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins, Git to support continuous integration and testing
• Agile Testing: Deep knowledge of agile methodologies with experience in agile ceremonies, sprint planning and backlog refinement
