Role: Lead Qualification Specialist. You will engage with high-priority inbound leads to qualify leads, communicating with director-level and above prospects to understand business needs, key initiatives, budget, and approval processes. You will facilitate proper lead transition to internal Account Executives to ensure a world-class client experience.
What you will do
- Quickly engage with inbound leads to capitalize on prospect interest and assist in creating campaigns, recommendations, and business cases to accelerate the sales opportunity.
- Execute email outreach using campaign management tools and make outbound calls to enrich prospect information and experience by understanding lead profile, key initiatives, challenges, and top priorities.
- Utilize internal tools and work with the Territory Management team to route leads appropriately.
