Lead Python Engineer (Middle/Back Office) - Global Quant Fund

Location: Hong Kong or Singapore (Relocation provided if needed)

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer to take on a lead role for one of the most critical middle and back office desks in APAC. This is a hands‑on position where you will not only drive technical delivery but also act as the face of the desk , representing APAC operations to global stakeholders.

This role combines leadership responsibility with deep technical execution. You will be expected to design and build robust systems, ensure operational excellence, and provide automation solutions that support the fund’s global trading infrastructure. At the same time, you will remain hands‑on in Python development, setting the technical standard for the desk while managing communication across regions.
