Overview

• Assist Project Manager in organizing project cost structure in Oracle ERP


• Participate in customer, internal, and/or supplier project kickoff meetings and support the Project Director with preparation and coordination of kickoff meetings


• Monitor project budgets and schedules and raise issues to the Project Manager and Project Director


• Monitor tasks and coordinate with functional support teams to resolve issues


• Monitor project trends and work with functional support organizations to correct adverse trends on the project


• Develop and maintain a project roster including assigning and monitoring timely completion of project related training activities


• Develop and issue the Project Management Plan and related project plans and procedures; facilitate implementation of project plans and procedures across the larger project team
