Lead Project Engineer – SURF and Construction

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex subsea projects—from planning and procedures to offshore execution—ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality results.


• Own technical packages and act as the key interface with clients, bringing innovation and precision to every challenge.


• Collaborate with multidiscipline onshore and offshore teams to meet our targets for our service lines.


• Drive compliance and continuous improvement by aligning with DOF’s high standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.


• Take on engineering responsibilities as required by preparing task plans, procedures, and other engineering deliverables, with responsibilities varying depending on project and operational needs.


• Make an impact by mentoring junior engineers, enhancing HSE practices, and contributing to smarter, safer project execution while being technical expert within your field.
