In this contract position, you will monitor and control project progress, integrating cost estimation, change management, and productivity analysis. Leading a team of specialists, you will ensure forecasts align with DMC and project requirements and that cost data is accurately managed and reported.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement cost control systems
• Lead project control specialists in planning and estimating
• Manage and report on cost variance and trends
• Analyze change to project scope and schedule
• Create client and internal status reports on project costs
Requirements:
• 5+ years in project controls, including financial analysis
• Experience in construction project support
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and P6 software
