Role Overview
The Lead Project Analyst, Global Compensation COE is responsible for driving high-impact projects across both year‑round and year‑end compensation processes in partnership with the broader Total Rewards and HR ecosystem.
What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end project management across year‑round and year‑end compensation initiatives, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, issue tracking, and cross‑functional coordination.
