Responsible for driving high‑impact projects across both year‑round and year‑end compensation processes in partnership with the broader Total Rewards and HR ecosystem. Requires strong project management capability, demonstrated J&J; FPX experience, and preferred Lean Six Sigma certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project management across year‑round and year‑end compensation initiatives, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, issues tracking, and cross‑functional coordination.
- Apply J&J; FPX methodologies to ensure project rigor, standardized execution, and consistent communication.
- Support governance for compensation processes by preparing materials, maintaining documentation, and ensuring consistent adoption of global standards.
