Lead Program Integrator (Lpi)

**Job Description Summary**: The Lead Program Integrator (LPI) is a senior cross-functional execution leader responsible for integrating complex product development programs across functions, partners, and business stakeholders. The LPI ensures alignment of scope, schedules, deliverables, resources, risks, and dependencies to enable successful delivery of program milestones and business objectives.
Working closely with Program Managers, Product Management, Engineering, external partners, and functional leaders, the LPI drives execution discipline, transparency, decision readiness, and accountability across the program team.
