Lead Program Engineer

The Lead Program Engineer is responsible for managing customer programs from enquiry through production and delivery, while providing engineering expertise to support successful project execution. Acting as the primary technical interface between customers and cross-functional teams, the role ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with customer requirements, project objectives, and company quality standards. The Lead Program Engineer also supports business development activities, identifies new business opportunities, and provides technical and commercial leadership throughout the program lifecycle.
